World Rules Knockout Competition - 2015

This year's World Rules Knockout Competition will be held at 6pm on Monday 28th December at The Ashfield Club.

 

The competition is open to all registered players in the Kirkburton Pool League.  Entry is only £3 per person payable to Steve Weatherby and there will be cash prizes.  The competition will be held in aid of Kirkwood Hospice (last year we raised £55).

 

We hope to get as many entrants as possible and will look to organise other activities on the day/evening depending upon numbers of entrants, to keep everyone involved.  Hot beef sandwiches will be laid on.

Winner...

This season's competition was won for the second year running by Dave Crossland (Emley Moor WMC B) with Austin Roddy (Ashfield B) this year's runner-up.  The real winners were Kirkwood Hospice who received a cheque for £300 after both winner and runner-up donated their prize money and the overall sum was rounded up to £300 by a kind donation from The Ashfield Club.
